A dedicated coverage is a photo coverage for an athlete during a competition where Lu'nivers Athletics is working.
All the photos are edited one by one. They are sent by email including a We Transfer link, in HD without logo within 48 hours after the competition.
We have 3 package options:
- BRONZE PACKAGE - the 1st fight of the athlete: 4 to 6 photos, 70$ (65€)
- SILVER PACKAGE - The whole weight class: from 10 photos, 200$ (185€)
- GOLD PACKAGE - The whole weight class + Absolute: from 20 photos, 300$ (250€)
No upper limit on the number of the photos from the SILVER PACK.
IMPORTANT : Read the 3 following points :
1) Once the order is made, and/or once you have all the fight informations, please contact us to give all the info (day / time / n° of the mat / n° of the fight): the screenshot of the Bracket is enough, the link of your bracket is better.

2) If the time of your 1st fight is earlier announced, the athlete must contact us as soon as possible to inform us about the change. By WhatsApp is the best way for us or having a quick call even better.
In case we are not informed soon enough about the change, Lu'nivers Athletics will not be held responsible for not covering the athlete.
However, if for any other reason, Lu'nivers Athletics cannot cover the athlete, a refund or a coverage for an other competition can be requested.
3) The photos are for personal use only, brands or sponsors are not allowed to use them. They required to purchase the photos by selecting "commercial" in our Smugmug gallery.

PACK PHOTOS
Le pack photos est une couverture photos pour un athlète lors d'une compétition sur laquelle Lu'nivers Athletics couvre l’événement.
Toutes les photos sont retouchées à la main une par une, envoyées à l’athlète en HD, sans logo par mail incluant un lien We Transfer dans les 48h qui suivent la fin de la compétition.
Nous avons 3 options de pack :
- PACK BRONZE - le 1er combat de l’athlète : 4 à 6 photos, 70$ (65€)
- PACK ARGENT - Toute la catégorie de l’athlète : à partir de 10 photos, 200$ (185€)
- PACK OR - Toute la catégorie de l’athlète + l'Absolute : à partir de 20 photos, 300$ (250€)
Pas de limite haute du nombre de photos à partir du PACK ARGENT.
IMPORTANT : Merci de lire les 3 points suivants :
1) Une fois la commande passée, et/ou une fois que vous possédez toutes les informations de votre 1er combat, merci de nous contacter pour nous les transmettre (jour / heure / n° de tatami / n° de combat) : le screenshot du Bracket est suffisant.

2) Si l’heure de votre 1er combat venait à être avancée, l’athlète doit contacter le photographe au plus vite pour l’avertir des modifications. WhatsApp est la façon la plus optimale pour nous ou bien l'idéal est de nous bipper par télephone.
Lu'nivers Athletics ne sera pas responsable le cas échéant si la couverture photos n’est pas assurée.
Si pour toute autre raison, Lu'nivers Athletics ne peut pas assurer la couverture, l’athlète pourra demander un remboursement ou le report de la couverture pour une autre compétition.
3) Les photos sont destinées à un usage personnel uniquement, les marques ou sponsors ne sont pas autorisés à les utiliser. Pour tout usage commercial, merci d'acheter les photos en cliquant sur la rubrique "commercial" lors de l'achat d'une photo dans notre galerie Smugmug.
